3rd Annual CIPROMED Consortium meeting

The 3rd Annual CIPROMED Consortium Meeting took place on May 28–29 in Olhão, Portugal!

Over two productive days, partners came together to review progress across all work packages, exchange insights, and align on next steps to advance sustainable protein ingredients for food and feed systems.

From innovative formulations and safety validation to sustainability, regulatory impact, and dissemination activities, the meeting highlighted the strong collaboration driving CIPROMED forward.

A special thank you to our partners at SPAROS for hosting the consortium and facilitating fruitful discussions and technical exchanges.
