On March 6-9th, the CIPROMED project participated in the AgroThessaly Exhibition with the Laboratory of Entomology and Agricultural Zoology team of the University of Thessaly. The exhibition showcased insect farming initiatives, attracting significant interest from the public and professionals in the agri-food sector.
CIPROMED’s project coordinator, Professor Christos Athanassiou, explained the role of insect farming as an alternative protein source and its importance in promoting circular economy.
