Awareness campaign

Awareness campaign organised by GDI in the framework of CIPROMED.

Last month (April 2026), the Association Green Development and Innovation, in collaboration with the University Sultan Moulay Slimane, organised an awareness campaign targeting administrative and academic staff, researchers, association members, and the wider public.

The campaign focused on raising awareness about the potential use of insect frass as a biofertilizer to support plant-based protein production in fava beans — a nutritious and sustainable option for human consumption.

As part of the initiative, informational flyers were distributed to promote the CIPROMED project, while participants were also invited to taste fresh sweet fava beans, creating an engaging, interactive experience focused on sustainable food innovation.
