CIPROMED Workshop, Bangkok, Thailand
An interesting workshop titled “Sustainable insect production: feed the future” was hosted by the CIPROMED partner Flying Spark in its production facility in Phetchaburi, Thailand last week!
Talks were given on edible insect production by CIPROMED partners Christos Athanassiou (UTH), Laura Gasco (UNITO), Sergiy Smetana (DIL) and Rumbos Christos (UTH), as well as by Attawit Kovitvadhi from the Kasetsart University (Bangkok, Thailand).
Moreover, the Flying Spark colleagues Tal Ozeri, Sinothai Poen, and Siriluk Thammasart gave the workshop participants valuable insight into their production process.
