EU FOOD SAFETY FORUM

On December 2nd and 3rd, 2024, Christos Rumbos from UTH, along with CNR colleagues Laura Cavallarin and Cristina Lamberti, had the opportunity to discuss the Cipromed Project. They presented its objectives, shared some recent relevant results, and highlighted how Cipromed addresses food safety at the EU Food Safety Forum held at the headquarters of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche (CNR).

The forum was a great occasion to interact with researchers from other EU-funded projects related to food safety, as well as food experts, policymakers and industrial stakeholders.
