On 2–3 December 2025 (Rome, Italy), the CIPROMED project with Wael Fraihi of NextProtein particpated at the EU Food Safety Forum, organized by CNR Italy, as part of the CIPROMED project dissemination activities.
The event was a valuable opportunity to engage with stakeholders and contribute to discussions on food safety within the Mediterranean context.
