PAS OLSZTYN 2025

On 21 – 23 October 2025, Francesco Gai researcher of the Institute of Food Production Sciences of the National Research Council (CNR) in Turin, Italy, visited the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn, Poland, in the framework of a bilateral project between the Polish Academy of Sciences and the Italian National Research Council.

During his visit, Francesco presented the CIPROMED project structure and some of its results at a seminar attended by more than 20 Polish researchers in the fields of Food Science and Animal Science.

The topics of the CIPROMED project attracted a lot of interest from the audience, which led to a lively and fruitful discussion, with many questions at the end of the seminar.
