The CIPROMED project was presented through a poster by the University of Bologna (UNIBO) team, with Maura Ferri and Annalisa Tassoni at the 7TH INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FOODOMICS in Cesena, Italy, on the 14th-16th of FEBRUARY, 2024.

This conference was a great opportunity for networking, where academic and industrial scientists involved in food and nutrition research discussed about the most recent advances in the omics approach.
