M24 meeting

On May 27-28, the partners gathered for the M24 Consortium meeting of the project, hosted by RTD Talos in Nicosia, Cyprus.

The morning of the first day consisted of:

• Welcome & practical information
• Presentation of Work Package 1-Project Coordination and Management
• Presentation of Work Package 2-Prioritisation of Advanced Protein Ingredients from Legumes, Microalgae and Insect
• Presentation of Work Package 3-Advanced protein ingredients with nutritional and technofunctional properties integration and safety validation

After a short break, the second part of Day 1 of the M24 meeting was full of more presentations by the partners:

• Presentation of Work Package 4-Formulation and Processing of Innovative, Clean-Label, High-Protein Feed and Food Items
• Presentation of Work Package 5-Testing of Alternative Recipes for Food Products and Animal/Human Trials
• Presentation of Work Package 6-Innovation, Sustainability, and Regulatory Impacts

The M24 meeting concluded with a working dinner.
